All of the websites with the Prolific Arts family of music libraries offer powerful and highly useful Project Manager.

The Project Manager allows you to flag and manage various songs/CD’s for your specific uses.

One common use of the Project Manager is to use it to mark various songs as “Favorites”. You may be searching through one of our sites looking for a song(s) to meet an immediate need, but stumble upon a song that you know will be perfect for a future need. You can simply add it to a project you’ve named “Favorites”, so that you can easily access it again without having to search once again. You can also leave yourself a note to jog your memory regarding your thoughts on the song.

If you are looking for musical content for more than one production, you can create projects named after your upcoming productions and assign songs you feel useful to the appropriate project. This method can be quite helpful in managing your search time and remembering your reasons for flagging those songs.

A more powerful way of working with the Project Manager is when multiple people are involved in the music approval process - even when they are at different locations or companies.

Once a project is created, and songs/CD’s have been added to it, you can send an email to other individuals along with notes on your thoughts. This email will contain links to the content you put into the project. This allows the other creative decision makers to hear your exact ideas for the production project. The recipients of your email do not have to be customers with us nor will they have to log-in in order to sample the music you have selected.
